2. How do I return an item?
If for any reason you are not pleased with your shipment, send an email to sales@beanstalkbooks.com.au. Please have your packing list. Merchandise may be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for credit or exchange. Prior to returning any product, please contact us to get a return authorization number which must be written on any boxes returned to us. Please report damages within 15 days.

3. I'm a teacher. How do I get an official invoice?
You can send your official purchase order to sales@beanstalkbooks.com.au with subject head: School PO or fax. Fax it to: 07 3036 6797, ATTN: School PO Beanstalk Books. Once we receive it, we will arrange the official invoice and process your order.
