Our expected delivery time is approximately 1 Week. Any items that are not in stock will be put on back order and sent freight free when available. Postage and packaging to anywhere in Australia is charged at the flat rate of $12.99 on website orders and is FREE when over $99.
Tracking my order
When your order is ready to be shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email which contains your package tracking number and the parcel carrier handling your shipment.
Out of stock items will be placed on back order and dispatched freight free as soon as they are available. These items will not be invoiced until delivery. If you are not happy with the expected delivery date of any backordered items, you have the right to cancel these items.
If for any reason you are not pleased with your shipment, call customer service at 07 3040 1515 or send an email to email@example.com. Please have your packing list handy. Merchandise may be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for credit or exchange. Prior to returning any product, please contact us to get a return authorization number which must be written on any boxes returned to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please call us on 07 3040 1515 to arrange a replacement or refund. Please report damages within 15 days.
Please report any shortages on your order within 48 hours of delivery.
